Zamzuu compensation
Hey Gang! Here's a sneak peek at the ZamZuu Overrides Explanation they'll be sending out later today and in the BizReport tomorrow. Coach
"We all know that ZamZuu is an incredible opportunity with a fantastic compensation plan. That's a given. What we may not understand is exactly how that compensation works when it comes to overrides.
Let's look at an example:
A customer makes a purchase at Banana Republic utilizing a Business Owner's Product Distribution System. The cash back percentage is up to 7.5%. Let's say that this particular purchase is eligible for the entire cash back percentage. If the customer purchases $100 worth of items, they would receive $7.50 in cash back.
There is an additional percentage of up to 7.5% available for distribution to the field force. Therefore, the Business Owner would receive 60% of the commissionable amount (Up to 7.5%). In this same example, the Business Owner would earn $4.50 in commission.
There are also overrides through 10 generations, and for this example the payout of commission and overrides is as follows: ? 60%, or $4.50, is paid to the Business Owner ? 10%, or $0.75, is paid to the Rep who sold the ZamZuu System to the Business Owner ? 5%, or $0.38 is paid to the PowerTeam Leader ? 5%, or $0.38 is paid to the Coach's Corner member ? 2%, or $0.15 is paid through 10 generations of PowerTeams
Featured Products do not pay cash back to customers, but they do offer higher commission for our Business Owners and overrides for our Reps. Here's an example of the commission and overrides earned when a purchase is made from a Featured Store.
A customer purchases $135 worth of product from Nutraceutics. The percentage of commission for this Featured Store is 44%, or $59.40. The Business Owner earning 60% of the commission percentage would earn $35.64.
In this particular example, the payout of commission and overrides to the field force is as follows: ? 60%, or $35.64, is paid to the Business Owner ? 10%, or $5.94, is paid to the Rep who sold the ZamZuu System to the Business Owner ? 5%, or $2.97 is paid to the PowerTeam Leader ? 5%, or $2.97 is paid to the Coach's Corner member ? 2%, or $1.19 is paid through 10 generations of PowerTeams
Featured Products commission rates vary from 32%-44% and could change as new products are added. (To be a Featured Store in ZamZuu, the commissionable rate must be at least 30%.) Business Owners earn between 19.2%-26.4% of the Featured Products commission rate (32%-44%).
Clarification on 10% Performance Bonus There's also a 10% Performance Bonus paid to Coach's Corner members for travel booked through a ZamZuu Business Owner's Web site within their Coach's Corner Group. To further clarify within the Travel Agent Program, there will continue to be a 10% Performance Bonus paid on travel commissions of Travel Site Owners who are earning at the 50%-60% commission level. Once a Travel Site Owner achieves the 70% commission level, the 10% Performance Bonus will no longer be paid on that particular agent."
